The Science of Falling in Love
Every time I write a love story, I ask myself why these two people love each other. What is it about them that makes them a good fit? I know that when I was younger, I could fall in love with someone because of the way they smiled at me, but I also have an overactive imagination. It was interesting to listen to the Diane Rehm show and hear what science has to say about falling in love. How close are romances to the actuality of falling in love? I know that in the case of my story THE LADY VANISHES, my characters actually fit the description in the tweet below. But what about the idea of opposites attract?
